Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is often ignored when individuals prepare for their professional and personal lives. Should EQ gain traction and individuals begin to foster their EQ the growth possibilities are endless.

Created a 55 question survey and layout to gauge Emotional Intelligence.

ACTION:

I read Daniel Goleman's ground breaking book on Emotional Intelligence and other scholars takes on EQ. Next, I looked to other existing EQ quizzes and created my own survey classifications based on a series of created questions either having to do with one's natural personality or reactions to various situations.
