Creation Process
I began my journey through researching Daniel Goleman's ground breaking book on Emotional Intelligence and other scholars takes on the hidden talent. Next, I looked to other existing EQ quizzes and created my own survey classifications based on a series of created questions either having to do with one's natural personality or reactions to various situations.
