Prototyping in User Research;
Project Overview 

PAIN POINT:

As people age they often don't correlate reduced mobility and ability to drive. Early action is best, but most consumers don’t recognize the need to take action until their health or driving abilities are at risk.

Researched and designed new product prototype forelderly drivers.

ACTION:

We started by researching everything from license renewals to agings effects on one's ability to drive. The collected resources were carefully categorized and used to create interview questions. We conducted market research through 30 in-depth interviews with individuals aged 55+ leading to a series of app interface prototypes.
