Traffic Jam

Public Transit in Frisco Market Research;
Project Overview

PAIN POINT:

The city of Frisco is rapidly becoming a working hub in the state of Texas, but there is no public transit to support this mass influx of workers resulting in dense and sometime dangerous

traffic congestion.

I worked with a team to identify four ideal routes for public transit in Frisco to reduce congestion and increase community involvement.

ACTION:

The team began by researching the target demographic and other cities/states with public transit. Once we understood our audience, we conducted over 150 surveys asking citizens from the city why they often find themselves in Frisco, how they feel about public transit, and their comfort with AI vehicles.
