
Streamlining Auditing Process;
Project Overview
PAIN POINT:
E line Orthodontics' employees struggle to maintain patient’s medical and financial records resulting in late payment collections and irregular patient appointments.
ACTION/INSIGHTS:
I conducted a series of experiments and discovered the information auditing process needed to be digitized, easier to maintain, and needed a means of standardizing employee technique of data collection.
STORY BOARD:

Julie compiles patient information into a spreadsheet so the doctor can keep track of each patient.

Julie would gather a patient’s files, type their name into a spreadsheet, match their info to the dental software, and repeat.

The digitized list of patients reducinghassle, and the new spreadsheet featured auto population based off old data decreasing the the entire process by 53%.
